My second week: quite varied from day to day. I wondered
if I was actually linked to the program. Let's see what this week brings.

During my trial of the endorphin & neurotransmitter program, it did give me a sense of peace. Whereas things did not move me to react to situations that would otherwise get a reaction. However, I had experiences of neck pain and dizziness that scared me. On the conclusion of my last day, I was tempted to go to ER because the dizziness was so bad. It finally lifted. I can’t say for certain that my problems came from the E&N but I never had it before.

I started having head tremors on June 10 with 7-10 episodes a day. I was diagnosed with severe anxiety by my psychiatrist. By the 24th of June, I did not have tremors already. I attribute this to mindfulness, brain exercises, and your Endorphin & neurotransmitter program. Thank you and God bless you.

If there's ever been a three weeks during which elevated anxiety would have landed me flat on my tookus, this was that. I've been able to keep calm, communicate -- and it looks like so far, anyway, prevail!

Thank you Tom for the great work that you do. I have noticed good positive changes in my overall mood. Hopefully the mind chatter will also improve over time.

After going through the one month, I noticed a change in my appetite, mood and energy levels, it was rough for the first 2 weeks because I kept on getting ear reinfection constantly. But in the 4 weeks things started to slow down, and I felt more relaxed. With a clarity that makes me feel more comfortable and, balance thank you Tom for this opportunity.

Hello again, I just wanted to check in and say that it's definitely working because I haven't been this consistently happy in quite some time. It's nice to finally experience how life used to feel before Lyme Disease altered my body chemistry.

The Endorphin & Neurotransmitter Program is a lifesaver! I had been experiencing depression & PTSD for over 18 months. Even with taking two anti-depression drugs, I was still extremely depressed. I received an email for this program and decided to give it a try; the doctors & meds weren’t helping; the meds were just sustaining me from getting worse.

Two weeks into this program, I had stopped all medications. It’s now 7 weeks since I started the program (5 weeks off meds) & I feel so much better! My interest in life is returning as is my motivation! This program has been such a blessing to me! I can’t thank Tom enough for this. The good thing is that I know that I can start another round of sessions if I need to instead of drugs.

I highly encourage anyone who has a similar issue to try this program. Just remember to take it at your own pace; if you need to take it for additional weeks please do so.

I have been on this treatment for 3 weeks and have not noticed a difference.
