This is the last day of the 15-day trial and I am experiencing relief of stiffness in knee joints and hip, a more nourished feeling which results in less desire to eat something that my body needs and I can't quite figure out what it might be, hence my "appetite" is diminished and my clothes are a bit bigger (no scale), perhaps a size or more, which of course relieves the weight on spine.

Additionally, four years ago I experienced a violent reaction to penicillan, which left some small rough patches on my skin - these are gone; my skin is returning to a softer, healthier, less saggy appearance and feel - that was a nice surprise!
