I Feel Like Everything Is Improving

Today is the last day of my free trial. I just looked at the picture I took when I started and I look so different--so much better now! My body was not doing well in several areas before and I still have a bit ahead of me, but I feel like everything is improving and moving in the right direction. It has been easier to be happy during this time. I have slept better and felt really rested for a pleasant and needed change. My breath is better-one morning I woke up and it tasted like I just chewed a yummy sprig of mint! My tummy used to feel like I had eaten a brick and now that brick seems to be gone. I can breathe easier. I have had a lot of days where I could not take my usual supplements and did not seem to need them after all. I like the idea of taking less vitamins, minerals, herbs, etc. I have always loved the sun but had to force myself to be out in it for the last several years.
